Learning Mentor – PERMANENT POST – SEPTEMBER 2021 - ADVERT

 

Hours: 16.25 hours – Monday – Friday – 12:00 – 3:15pm

 

Salary - B3  SCP 7 – 11 -  £20,092- £21,748 (pro-rata)

  • Actual Salary - £7,404.37 - £8,014.65

 

We require an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated learning mentor to join a friendly and supportive team at our happy and successful team.

 

The successful candidate should:

 

  • Support the Catholic ethos of our Catholic School
  • Be an excellent listener and communicator;
  • Be flexible, innovative, creative and forward thinking
  • Have enthusiasm, motivation and passion for supporting children to achieve their best ;
  • Can build effective working relationships with parents to support their child/children’s learning, emotional and personal needs;
  • Are motivated to work independently and have drive and initiative;
  • Are able to work effectively as a member of a team;
  • Want to make a difference for our wonderful children and school community;
