I’m looking forward to this term. Already new things are happening. Every child now takes a library book home each week. Also, the ‘Wednesday Word’ is out each week, giving parents and children an opportunity to share some thoughtful moments.

This is a busy term for teachers with parent consultation evenings, exams to organise and reports to write. It’s hard for children they have the tests to do but it’s also a term to enjoy the playing fields, sports days, nature walks, school trips and much more.

A good time was had by all at the Spring Fayre. It’s wonderful how many people give their time and energy for this event. It really was many hands making light work of the tremendous variety of stalls that made up the Fayre. Of course the PTA made it happen and thanks especially to them. The Spring Fayre says so much about us. Literally hundreds of people all pulling together for the good of the school. Ss. Peter and Paul Primary School really is a great place to be.
