Wed - Homework and reading books due back

Thu - Weekly Spellings and Times Table Champion Assessment

Fri - Homework given out and reading books changed

Weekly Routines and Homework:

Reading Books: encourage your child to read for 10 min each night, and sign their reading record.

100 Books: additional book of their choice, which can be changed when your child has read it. They can take as long as they need.

Spelling Shed: This online platform engages children in games and quizzes to support their learning of spelling. Children will be expected to play at least 5 games weekly.

Spelling Bee: Each half-term, the children will have a separate list of words they are expected to learn.

X Table Champions: Children participate in the school times table programme. They have weekly tests and try to beat their time and number of correct answers.
