FOSPAP Match Funding
What: Charity match funding is when a company agrees to match a sum of money relating to the amount the employee has either raised or donated to the charity.
Who: Banks and building societies, insurance companies, supermarkets, utilities providers, phone companies and car manufacturers are known to offer match funding schemes. This list is not exclusive, please check with your employer if a scheme is in place.
How: We would be grateful if you could check if your employer has a match funding scheme, or if they are willing to match fund any of our events. If they do please reach out to us at fospap1@gmail.com. The match funding process is not complicated and will cost you nothing more than some time to talk to your employer and fill in a form.
Why: Match funding, is a simple way to maximise the fundraising efforts of our charity. It is an informal, albeit corporate, arrangement between a company and an employee. Its simple and requires very little effort from you as an employee and in return it can really boost our charity fundraising efforts!
