FOSPAP Sponsorship Challenges

What: FOSPAP sponsorship challenges involve incentivising the children to take part in an activity in order to raise funds for FOSPAP, a charity with the aim of raising funds for all the children in school. 

Who: FOSPAP volunteers create a sponsorship event around a theme, all school families are welcome to participate. The children can invite extended family and friends to sponsor them.

How: A challenge is set for the children, the challenge is flexible and can be adapted to suit individuals. Children are asked to challenge themselves in return for charity sponsorship from their family and friends. Children who participate in the sponsorship challenges receive a certificate and a small gift as a thank you for their efforts.

Why: The proceeds raised from sponsorship is collected for the FOSPAP charity, making it a fun and engaging way for children to challenge themselves to undertake an activity to raise funds for their school charity. As we are now a gift aid registered charity, every £1 that is donated with gift aid allows us to claim another 25p, at no extra cost to the original sponsor.

When: There is usually one sponsorship event a year.
