FOSPAP Gift Shops
What: Gift shops run in school by FOSPAP volunteers where children are invited to shop and buy gifts at a small price.
Who: FOSPAP volunteers purchase and wrap gifts for the shop and also run the shop during school hours over 2 days in agreement with school. Children are invited to attend the shop to buy loved ones a gift.
How: Gifts can be purchased in advance via Parent Pay or on the day in cash. Volunteers buy and wrap gifts, some of our parents and grandparents make beautiful gifts and donate them to the shop.
Why: The shop allows children to buy gifts for loved ones at a small price, the children love coming to the shops and choosing gifts for their special person. Any proceeds raised are collected for the FOSPAP charity, making it a fun way for children to contribute to their school charity.
When: There are 3 gift shops in the school year, in December for Christmas gifts, in March for Mothers Day gifts and in June for Fathers Day gifts.
How to Volunteer: Can you spare your time to help shop for gifts / make gifts to donate? Can you spare time to help run a shop and help the children choose their gifts?
